Waiter.ng provides digital menu management, QR-based ordering, kitchen management, and payment processing tools for restaurants, bars, and lounges in Nigeria. We act as a technology intermediary between diners and hospitality venues.

The Waiter.ng name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Waiter.ng. Restaurant owners retain ownership of their menu content, branding, and photos uploaded to the Platform.
Waiter.ng is a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or hygiene of food and drinks prepared by partner restaurants. We are not liable for losses arising from restaurant errors, delayed orders, or payment processing issues outside our direct control.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Platform. Restaurant owners may close their accounts at any time after settling outstanding balances.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
